Di talaga natin madi determine kung walang cap kasi naka depende yan sa area mo. Sa area ko kasi minsan walang cap tapos babalik na naman.. try mo yung nga settings ko tapos kung mag cap connect disconnect mo lang yung psiphon with different region, kapag tuloy tuloy na yung playback ng YøùTùbé o sa pagda download nawala na yung capping nya.
