Closed Proxycap and allnet-free.prs

Hi guys please l am trying to use proxycap with AllNet-Free.prs when l load the file named: AllNet-Free.prs and l enable proxycap l got no internet connection ! anyone can help ! how to set correctly, l will appreciate the help !
