Base on the ransom note pcqq is a variant of stop/djvu the most common Ransomware in 2021... its using a RSA Encryption to encrypt your personal files... Stop/Djvu has a dozzen of malware variants and pcqq may be one of the variants of this Malware...And In Addition Stop is always online id but sometimes it doesnt.
