Hi! I can help you troubleshoot your PC blackscreen issue. Here are some steps you can try:

1. Check the connections: Make sure that all cables are properly connected to your PC, including the power cable, monitor cable, keyboard, and mouse. Sometimes a loose connection can cause display issues.

2. Verify monitor functionality: Connect your monitor to another computer or use a different monitor to check if the issue lies with the display itself. If the monitor works fine on another computer, then the problem might be with your PC.

3. Remove unnecessary peripherals: Disconnect any unnecessary devices connected to your PC, including external hard drives, USB devices, and extra monitors. Sometimes, conflicts with these peripherals can cause display issues.

4. Reset CMOS: Locate the CMOS battery on your motherboard and remove it for a few minutes. This will reset the BIOS settings to default. After a few minutes, reinsert the battery and try powering on your PC again.

5. Try integrated graphics: Remove the graphic card from your PC and connect the monitor to the motherboard's integrated graphics port. This will help determine if the graphic card is causing the issue. If you can see the display with integrated graphics, then the graphic card might be faulty.

6. Test RAM: Remove one of the RAM sticks and try powering on the PC. If the issue persists, swap the RAM sticks and try again. Faulty RAM can cause display problems, so testing each stick individually can help identify the problematic one.

7. Clear dust and reseat components: Open your PC case and check for any dust accumulation. Use a can of compressed air to clean out any dust from the components. Also, reseat the RAM, graphic card, and any other removable components to ensure they are properly connected.

If none of these steps resolve the blackscreen issue, it might be best to consult a professional or bring your PC to a computer repair shop for further diagnosis.
