Hi po patulong pano pa to fill-upan yung receipt from bir

sold to : full name ng customer (dapat full name talaga hindi name lang malaki penalty niyan sa BIR pag name lang. sa ka kilala ko 20k bayad sa penalty)
add: full address
date : date sold to customer must be exact date
osca/pwd: id must be presented , filled up id no. and must be sign

QTY: number ng item binili niya (2)
UNIT: Idk hehehe
ARTICLE: name ng product or item (safegard)
UNIT PRICE: price each item (10 each)
AMT: Total amount of the item (20.00)

Total sales: add mo lang lahat ng amount (20)
Less: tapos kung osca/pwd google mo nalang yung discount. or use apps or search formula for that para makuha discount (-2)
total sales due : same sa total sales if regular (20) ... OR discounted na osca/pwd. (18)

Tapos last part. SIGNATURE ni Customer ang pinaka importante diyan.
wag ibigay ang WHITE resibo sa customer kung wala signature...

okay lang yan . depende lang kasi sa customer mo kung hihingi ng resibo. pero kung hindi naman. oks lang, maganda kung meron ka thermal printer for unofficial receipt. pag ganyan kasi for OFFICIAL receipt na.

kung hihingi sayo ng OFFICIAL receipt tapos may thermal ka naman for unofficial. dapat yung unofficial receipt kunin mo at e stapler mo sa pink na resibo for BIR reference yan..

okay nayan kung walang thermal. kasi for POS nakasi yan.

Yung white lang i ccut diyan dapat kita yung pangalan yung store diyan. dapat pulido ang pagpunit diyan. kasi penalty na naman yan ng BIR pag di maayos pag punit

Oo kaya maselan yan.. once ma timing mo kasi na goverment customer bumili sayo baka mareport kpa.. dapat Smooth and Clean ang pagbigay sa resibo.
