Help Pahelp po about bpi savings acc

Pa help po, kakapagawa ko lang po ng savings account yesterday, then nagttry po ako magsend ng money sa maya account ko po pero everytime po nag ttransaction failed. Now, pagcheck ko po sa bpi app nabawasan po ng 500 pesos yung savings ko. Any idea po bakit nabawasan?

Kung nagtransaction fail kadalasan yan within 3 working days bago bumalik. Magsubmit ka pa din ng Ticket para sure.

yes sir, and 12k po yung tinatry ko ipasok sa maya, pero 500 po yung nabawas kahit po failed ang transaction
