Step 3. Make a brilliant plan/strategy on how to make a heist and an escape plan/route. (Work for it for a long time that you can be sure it's gonna be a success heist)
Step 4. Recruit Different kinds of people that have a passion,skills, and trust on you (I suggest a häçker, Police, Thief, Gun Expert, etc.)
Step 5. Analyze the plan , Build trust, And Make a strategy on a worst scenario that in case you might have encounter (I suggest that make all the people hostages inside the bank)
Step 6. Set a date and do the heist perfectly and Take Control on the plan and keep everybody calm.
It's a do or die situation, It's worth taking risk than just do nothing
