Hi! It seems like you are having trouble accessing a password-protected .MDB file containing an encrypted "UserPasswd" table. As this file came from a POS database, it's expected that the password was set as a security measure to protect sensitive information.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to retrieve the password or decipher the encrypted data without the necessary credentials. However, here are some ideas that you can consider:

1. Check if the original owner of the POS database has stored the password somewhere. They might have documented the credentials or set up a password recovery process. It's worth reaching out to them and asking for assistance.

2. Use password *****ing software. These tools work by trying different combinations of characters until the correct password is found. However, this process can take a lot of time and may not always be successful, particularly if the password is complex.

3. Try using an alternative database management system that can read .MDB files without requiring a password, and then export the data to a new file. This option may require some effort to migrate the data, but it can be a more time-efficient solution than attempting to ***** the password.

I hope these suggestions help you. Good luck with your project!
