Ota error in tv plus

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

STEP 1: Turn-on TV Plus
STEP 2 Wait for the "Upgrade Menu Screen" to Appear
STEP 3: Select "Frequency" and encode 647143
STEP 4: Go to "Bandwith" then press "OK" to start OTA download
*NOTE:
Green progress bar and value should increase. IF NOT, check the antenna/Signal reception, advise to reposition if having poor signal reception.

STEP 5: During OTA Download, DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR TV PLUS, it will automatically reboot after successfull OTA software upgrade.

Note: ang 647143 ay Frequency ng para sa mga nasa METRO MANILA lang. Mas maiging alamin muna ang frequency ng inyong lugar/area para makasigurado.

ginawa ko po lahat ng nasa instruction.. pero ang nalabas lang capture data timeout.. ano po kaya ang problema?

Underscore_22 I've followed the steps kaso capture data timeout naman lumalabas. Max strength na nakukuha ko ay 54, quality 99. Kailangan ba mas mataas pa dito para mag update? Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes..Kailangan nyong hanapan ng mas magandang reception ang antenna ng TV Plus nyo. Kung may extra kayong cable wire, Bili kayo ng cable wire connector para madugtungan nyo ang antenna wire ng TV Plus. Take Note: Mas mataas na antenna ng TV Plus, mas maraming channel ang makukuha (60+ Channels ang akin).

Pag nag ta-time out it means hindi stable ang signal na nasasagap ng antenna mo. Try to move it sa ibang lugar/area ng bahay nyo.
