Origin Games black screen

Help po. Binili ko po yung pack ng command and conquer sa origin kaso kahit anong game ilaunch ko black screen lang. Nagpaplay yung sound and nagshoshow yung mouse pointer pero walang display. sinundan ko na yung change resolution process sa YøùTùbé pero no luck. thanks in advance!
