Di naman halimaw APN yang 203.xxx na yan ay same lang na kahit anung proxy lalagay mo ay ganun parin
kahit nga ganito ang proxy mo eh 127.0.0.1 tapos 80
pero ang advantage nyang proxy na yan ay sumasakop yan nang 10 IPS kaya masasabi mong HALIMAW apn pero ang nangyayari talaga dyan ay yung nakakakuha ka nang 10 IP which is mabilis na IP sa globe at konti lang ang gumagamit nang IP na yan at kadalasan ay 100.xxx ang nakukuha nila..
ito bibigyan kita nang tips kung saan gumagana na IPS at not working IPS

Boss your wrong .. I.T explaination . IPv4 has 5 networkclass A,B,C,D,E .. malakas talaga lahat ng 10 IPs because Class A network po sya . 8bits for subnet and 24bits for host id . Single Class po ang mga 10 IP kaya malalakas .. yong ibang 10 IP mahina kasi kaylangan pa natin magsubscribe para maasign sa butas server ..
