mga expert jan may program ba kayo jan na 3x week na full body workout sa gym na mahit lahat ng muscle
salamat sa pag sagot :)
 
Chest (Middle)
Back
Legs
Shoulder
Bicep
Tricep
(yung sa binti di kulang alam kung ano yon)
then Abs
while doing those workouts you have only 2 to 3 mins rest

Alternate 3x
Monday/wednesday and friday.

mag tanong kanalang sa nagbabantay sa gym kung ano yung workplace ng ng mga yan

Ang dami sa YøùTùbé, try mo muna yung mga 1 week program then as you progress, eventually you will try next level until you've reached your desired body
 
try compound movements para maraming tamaang muscle.
inclined bench press
barbell rows or pull ups.
overhead press
barbell curls
skull crushers
squats
deadlift.

yan fullbody yan na compound movements..
lahat ng muscle tatamaan sa isang araw so make sure to rest and eat solid foods
