I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. When you say that you have uninstalled and reinstalled the applications but the issue persists, there are a few other troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Run Office Repair: You can try repairing your Office installation by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features, right-clicking on Microsoft Office, and selecting "Change". From there, you should see an option to repair Office. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the repair process.

2. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, outdated system files can cause compatibility issues with Office applications.

3. Run Office in Safe Mode: Try opening Word, Excel, or PowerPoint in Safe Mode. To do this, press and hold the Ctrl key while you open the Office application. If the application opens in Safe Mode, there may be an issue with an add-in or extension causing the problem.

4. Check for System Errors: Use the System File Checker tool to scan for and repair corrupted system files. Open a Command Prompt as an administrator and type the command "sfc /scannow" (without quotes) and press Enter. Allow the scan to complete and follow any on-screen instructions.

5. Check Event Viewer: Check the Windows Event Viewer for any error messages related to the Office applications not opening. This may provide more specific information on what is causing the issue.

6. Create a New User Account: If the issue persists, try creating a new Windows user account and see if the Office applications open without any problems in the new account. This can help determine if the issue is user-specific.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please provide more details about your system configuration, any recent changes or updates, and any error messages you may have encountered. This information will help in further diagnosing the problem.
