Video Chest Bug (Insta-BP)
(make sure to turn-off your Live Stream, just click your avatar, then go to Streamer Info, and turn it off.)

1. Go to Custom Mode, choose Practice.
2. Pick any hero
3. While loading, turn-off WiFi or Data
4. Leave Practice and go back to lobby
5. Turn-on WiFi or Data
6. Go to Inventory
7. Use all Video Chest
