First, open Postern/Modded Postern
Second, click the 3 Horizontal lines located on upper left part
Third, click Import Proxy/Rule
Fourth, click Import Local and import the file that you've downloaded.
Fifth, go to rules
Add rule
Match Method:
Match All
Rule:
Proxy/Tunnel
Proxy/Proxy Group:
Choose a server that has stable connection. (Depends on your location)
Click Save.
And click the menu again (the 3 horizontal lines on upper left.)
And click VPN On.
