Masama ba mag break sa coding like sa weekend?

ive been coding nonstop in a week na after office im coding too .. pati weekend dati code pa din .. then parang napapagod ung mata ko..

last time nag diarhea ako ,LBM nagcocode ako nung sumasakit na ulo ko .. then nag stop ako .. sabi ko baka sa sobrang computer then nag absent ako for a day kasi nga nag LLBM ako .. na mero masakit ulo pati mata pagod ..

after ko gumaling sabi ko di ko na foforce mag code after office o mag work , pati weekend di na din ako mag work ko mag code . .pahinga na lang kasi need pahinga din ..

ngayon nitong weekend sat and sun di ako nag code , i did my hobby of building figures, .. pero parang nagi guilty ako for not studying or coding .. parang pakiramdam ko nababawasan yung coding skill ko na dapat nadadagdagan ..

basta yun feeling guilty ..

bukas monday coding na naman ..work uli ..
pero yun nga yung pakiramdam na guilty pag di ka nag cocode .. andun yung guilty feeling ..

ano ba yan hayss

meron ako atang addiction syndrome something . . dati kasi active ako sa workout .. i jog ,walk every morning 5am minsan 4am as in araw araw tapos nag gym pako after office ... araw araw yun gang sa meron masakit na sa lowerback ko pero sige gym tapos jogg walk pa din araw araw yun ..
nito nga lang nag pandemic ako natigil ... sarado lahat gym bawal lumabas ..

eto nawala na pag ka adik ko sa work out at gym ..

may nag sabi sakin na masama yung work out araw araw kasi need ng katawan ng pahinga..
my time nga na sumakit yung paako , yung ligaments pala sa paa parang napupunit kasi sobrang gamit o workout ..

di ko talga matigil yung work out nun kasi pakiramdam ko nanghihihna ako talga pag di ko ginagawa yun .. as in totoo po .. yung guilty feeling na yun ..

ngayon nararansan ko na naman tong guilty feeling sa coding
 
okay lang tumigil, kaso yung sakin tinigil ko ng isang linggo ayun naguiguilty rin ako kasi tengga ako HAHAHA
 
ako din tumigil isang linggo mag jaboll ayun nakaka guilty kasi walang ibang tao sa bahay ako lang
