Hi! I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot the low voltage issue with your Dell Optiplex 780. Here are a few suggestions you can try:

1. Check the Power Supply Unit (PSU): Make sure that the PSU is securely connected to the motherboard and that all cables are properly attached. You can also try using a different power outlet or power cable to eliminate any issues with the power source.

2. Reset the BIOS: Sometimes, a BIOS reset can help resolve these types of issues. To do this, power off your computer and unplug it from the power source. Open up the case and locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard. Remove the battery for a few minutes, then reinsert it and try turning on your computer again.

3. Test the RAM: Faulty RAM can cause various issues, including low voltage problems. Try removing and reseating the RAM sticks one at a time, making sure they are properly seated in their slots. If you have multiple RAM sticks, you can also try using them individually to see if one of them is causing the issue.

4. Check for overheating: Overheating can sometimes cause voltage-related issues. Ensure that all fans in your computer are working properly and that there is no excessive dust or debris blocking the airflow. If necessary, clean the fans and heatsinks using compressed air.

5. Replace the CMOS battery: If the CMOS battery is old or weak, it could cause voltage-related problems. Consider replacing the battery with a new one to see if it resolves the issue.

If none of these troubleshooting steps work, it may indicate a more serious hardware problem. In that case, it would be best to consult a professional technician for further assistance or consider replacing the faulty components.
