do the other foregner workers pay their taxes..??..or are you just pinpointing chinese workers?
if they are gonna stay here a lifetime maybe..but when they go back or send their salaries home..do their salaries is still the same there..??.they are also oversees workers too..right..?
I am not talking "philosophically" when I give you examples! I just try to make you understand how the Philippine law for working foreigners works... nothing to do with the preference of an employer! The employer may prefer one of them but the law dictates him to take the lawful one even if he is not his favorite!
now thats just being racist..you know our Filipino workers suffers the same condemning in other countries..other countries prefer Filipino if they think they can do the job better..again preference..

May utak ang bawat isa sa atin. Kasalanan na niya kung gagamitin niya iyong pera na para sa pagkain pantaya. Hindi mo mapipigilan iyan basta-basta, gaya ng sigarilyo o alak. Oo problema iyon pero madadamay yung mga may kayang tumaya. Pwede sigurong iregulate para mapigilan yung mga walang kakayanan talaga na pumipilit tumaya. Wala namang mali sa pagtaya in the first place. Yung tao na mismo ang nagkakasala kung tumaya siya kahit alam niya wala na siyang pera para sa pamilya or may ginawa siyang masama dahil or para sa pagtaya.
