Dahil matanda na si Etta at malamang sobrang politicized na ng bill na nawala na yung ikabubuti ng mga minority tuland ng mga bakla, subukan ko sagutin baka makatulong. Caveat, kahit ako naguguluhan sa SOGIE at madalas na naiinis lalo na sa mga bakla na nagkakalat ng kahihiyan (eg Awra,Puka Vega) pero may first hand experience din ako kung gano kahirap magkarelasyon ang mga bakla lalo na pag na-ospital at walang magdedesisyon. Kaya kahit mas lalo gugulo pa kapag nagka-SOGIE, mas makakabuti ito para mas matanggap ang pinagkaiba sa lalake, babae at bakla dahil maliban sa mga nagkakalat na bakla, nakakaawa talaga tumanda na maging baklang pamilya at karapatan nila yun na magkaron ng desenteng pamumuhay at makilala hindi bilang isang best-friend, ampon, nurse, tagapag-alaga o tito dahil may mga desisyon ang pamilya tulad ng pagkakasakit, pagkamatay, paghiram ng pera sa banko na kinakailangan makilala ang pagiging bakla sa pamilya. Maliban sa testosterone suppression, active ang International Olympic Committee sa paggawa ng implementing rules and regulations para ma-accomodate ang mga trans athletes. Kaya kailangan ang bawat sports updated dito para ma-cascade sa mga National Olympic Committees.

Hindi aware si Etta dito, ako rin hindi. Pero this is discrimination kasi nga kahit bastos nga na cake ginagawa. On my end naman, pwede ko kasing sabihin na "sanay na lumipat na lang tayo ng iba". But I see it more as a losing business, hindi naman kinakailangan icriminalize pero more of i-tag. Instead na maging preventive, dapat ginawa na lang na incentive, tulad na "gay friendly bakeshop" - pero sa totoo lang naalala ko yung napanood ko na mga Jews na hindin pinagbilhan sa bakeshop nung panahong ng Third Reicht kasi bawal. Hindi naman tayo aabot don pero nakakababa lang at nakakatakot yun sa mga bakla, pero nasobrahan naman kasi sa pagiging palaban na umaabot na sa nakakahiya.

Mukhang hindi galing sa Christian school si Etta, pero gaya ng sinabi ko ng una, sobrang daming bakla at tomboy sa mga all girls and all boys and co-ed catholic schools! And they usually hold the highest position in the class! Tinatanggap nga sila kasi nga kailangan na kailangan ng schools ng pera at karamihan matatalino and they give credit to the school. Ngayon, kung ang SOGIE pipilitin na papasukin ang trans at gagawin crime ang hindi sa pagtanggap nito, dito hindi ako payag. Ang limitations ng Catholic schools is actually the dress code kung hindi ang gay relationships kasi they turn a blind eye on that. Masaya na matanggap ang trans sa Catholic schools, panahon ko pa lang maraming nagpalda na sa allboys school na pinasukan ko tapos diretso Guidance hehehe. Para sa akin kung ayaw ng Catholic schools they should be tagged as non-gay friendly but not criminalize. Also, I would suggest that there should be schools that promotes gayness para maging malaya ang mga baklang hindi kinakaya ang mga Catholic schools pero I doubt kasi ang mga bakla sa mga Catholic schools sobrang makapangyarihan at all-tier yan.

Yung problema kasi sa SOGIE, sobrang negative reinforcement siya. CRIME agad. Pwede namang gawing positive reinforcement muna, tulad ng mga incentives and tax breaks kaysa sa penalties. Puro takot na nga ang nararamdaman sa hindi alam na karamihan sa pagiging bakla kaya mas lalong natatakot yung mga straight na hindi nakakaalam.

Pero pumapayag pa rin ako sa SOGIE kahit maraming issues, dahil karamihan sa mga bakla, halos buong buhay nila nakikipaglaban para marespeto, laging nagsisipag yan sa school, nagpapakabibo kasi kung hindi gagawin ng bakla yun, mamaliitin siya hindi tulad ng lalake at babae na hindi na kinakailangan ipaglaban yung gender niya. Sa tingin ko, yang SOGIE ay pakikinabangan ng mga batang bakla na laging inaapi, para kahit papaano magkaron siya ng patas na laban sa mga normal na lalake at babae. Kahit may abuse against children na batas ang normal na batang lalake at babae ay lumalake, samantalang ang batang bakla ay magiging bakla pa rin kahit sa pagtanda at dadalhin nila yung pagiging bakla nila habang buhay, borderline pagiging PWD na and take note, bilang isang PWD sobrang hirap na ipaglaban ang buhay.
