3. Choose your champion then champion's listed skin -> click "Change Skin"

I used this before and gumagana siya pero ikaw lang ang makakakita ng skin na iyon. Haha.
Though 3rd party program siya, hindi ko na ginagamit dahil alanganin baka maban ako dahil lang sa 3rd party programs.
