Hello! It's great that you're working on creating a user-centric mock-up interface. Designing a web page involves several steps, and I can guide you through the process:

1. Sketch or Wireframe: Start by sketching your ideas on paper or creating a wireframe using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or even a simple pen and paper. Define the layout, placement of elements, and how users will interact with the interface.

2. Choose a Design Tool: Select a design tool that you are comfortable with. Some popular options include Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or even Canva for simpler designs.

3. Design Elements: Incorporate the principles you mentioned - safe exploration, deferred choices, and intuitive navigation - into your design. Ensure that the interface is easy to navigate, with clear paths for users to follow.

4. Visual Design: Choose a color scheme, typography, and visual elements that align with your design concept. Make sure the design is visually appealing and matches the overall theme you have in mind.

5. Create Mockups: Using your chosen design tool, start creating the mock-up of your web page. Include all the necessary elements such as buttons, navigation menus, images, and text content.

6. Interactive Prototyping: If possible, create an interactive prototype to showcase how users can navigate through the interface. This will help you validate the usability of your design.

7. Test and Iterate: Once you have a mock-up ready, test it with potential users or colleagues to gather feedback. Iterate on your design based on the feedback received to improve the user experience.

Remember, designing a web page is a creative process, so feel free to experiment and make adjustments as needed. Good luck with your web design project! If you have any specific questions or need further guidance on a particular aspect of web design, feel free to ask.

Yung tinutukoy mo ba ay about sa user-centric design approach? If yan, meron niyan sa google kung paano iimplement pero bigyan kita ng insight kung ano ano yon:

1. Big buttons - Dapat yung mga important buttons for example yung submit or next button must be emphasized enough using precise size, for example tingnan mo yung button ng "Post Thread" dito sa PHC.

2. Color consistency - Dapat consistent yung gamit mo na kulay mula login page hanggang sa mismong homepage, hindi pwedeng orange yung login mo tapos pagdating sa homepage green naman.

3. Intuitive Navigation - magandang example dito is itong PHC site mismo, tingnan mo yung alignment ng mga buttons for new post, top post naka segregate ng tama, kaya unang tingin palang alam na agad ng user kung saan siya pupunta, place important features or functions in the place where user can easily see it.
