2. Tiyaking alam mo ang tamang format ng pagtawag sa cellphone number. Karaniwang sinusundan ang format na "0" + mobile network prefix + seven-digit mobile number. Halimbawa, kung ang mobile number ay nagsisimula sa "09XX", ang format ay "0" + "9XX" + seven-digit mobile number.
