How to avoid ãdül† problems?

  1. Wake up early.
    • Ang mga early risers tend to concentrate better and be more alert and energized throughout the day.
  2. Work out regularly.
    • Kapag physically active ka, ma iimprove ang iyong brain health at ang everyday activities mo. Light or heavy work out is fine as long as regular mo ginagawa.
  3. Eat good, real food.
    • Huwag puro junk-food o mga fast-food, try to eat vege. and fruits, mas ok pa nga magtanim sa bakuran, healty organic na, nakatipid ka pa.
  4. Live below your means.
    • Simple lang! Wag gumastos na higit sa iyong kinikita. Kapag di mo yan nasunod, 100% mamumulubi ka balang araw.
  5. Find real friends with similar goals.
    • Ang kaibigan malakas mang impluwensya yan, kung parehas ang inyong goal sa buhay, mas madali nyu iyon makakamit.
  6. Have more than 1 source of income.
    • Ang mga mayayaman, lalong yumayaman dahil hindi sila kontento sa isang source of their income. Maliit o malaking income pa yan, it's fine as long as in another source.
  7. Do what you love for work.
    • The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
  8. Don't get into meaningless relationships.
    • Ang pag rerelasyon parang nagiinvest ka lang din dyan, nag iinvest ka ng salapi, effort, oras, tiwala at pagmamahal para yon ang magsilbing pundasyon nyo habang kayo'y nagsasama. Para san pa't nag eefort ka sa karelasyon mo kung wala ka rin naman balak na makasama siya habang buhay, diba?
  9. Stop hitting the snooze button.
    • When you hit that snooze button and innocently doze off, your brain thinks that you're entering into another sleep cycle, which has a major effect on the rest of your day.
  10. Create a routine.
    • Simulan mo ito sa iyong pag gising, kung may routine ka ng ginagawa, simple mo nang haharapin ang iyong mga gawain sa araw araw.
  11. Write down a plan.
    • Simple lang to, just write down your plan in your planner or kahit sa isip mo na. This will helps you to clarify exactly what you want to achieve, which helps guide your daily actions toward goal achievement.
