Asking for inputs niyo po regarding sa current employment & magiging new employer ko. Take it or leave it nalang kasi pero this is just about minimum salary lang din at same industry.

Sa current work ko as a field ****** im already 3yrs+ regular employee with some benefits including:
•govt benefits
•regular employee
•minimum salary
•hmo after 3mos
•16days leave
•Company Assets
•qouta bonus 1200-2500(depends)
•gas allowance 500-2500(depends)
•mon-sat work.
•Gps tracking, pip
Nag average ang monthly salary ko sa
17,870 more or less(kasi depende sa qouta)

While sa bagong work sana na papasukan ko which is:
•Govt benefits
•Probi(new company, pioneer)
•Minimum salary
•hmo upon regular
•30 days leave upon regular
•no qouta, just regular work routine
•gas allowance 2200/mo(100-200/day)
•motor rental 400/mo
•Load allowance 350/mo
•Holiday ρrémíùm pays
•mon-fri work
•+pwede ka pumasok ng sabado your choice with addtl salary allowance, addtl gas allowance
•no pressure since new company siya
•You can accomplish your work less than 7hrs sa field

It seems like you are in a difficult situation and it's understandable that you are weighing the pros and cons of your current employment and the potential new employer.

Based on the information you provided, it looks like the new job offer has some advantages, such as a more relaxed work environment, no pressure to meet quotas, a higher number of leave days, and additional allowances. However, it's important to consider that it's a new company, so there may be some uncertainties such as job security and the company's longevity in the industry. Additionally, it's worth noting that the possible increase in salary is not significant, given that it's just slightly above your current average monthly salary.

Regarding your current job, it's positive that you have regular employee status and some benefits such as HMO and government benefits. However, the pressure to meet quotas and the lack of employee rights and benefits that caused the union to form can be a source of stress and uncertainty.

Ultimately, the decision is yours to make. It's important to weigh the pros and cons of both options carefully and consider your personal priorities and goals. You mentioned that your goal is to work in a company with a healthy environment that provides above minimum salary, which is a reasonable and achievable goal. Perhaps you can explore more options and opportunities to achieve this goal, whether it's through networking, job search, or further education and training.
