Mga boss baka alam niyo mag setup ng new modem ng globe

Model: VDSL2 HG180

Nireset kasi ng kapatid ko yung sa mismong settings sa home gateway nung modem yun ang akala niyang restart

Nung nireset niya mismo sa settings ng home gateway, nawalan kami ng landline at internet

Light status:
DSL: Steady Green
Internet: Steady Red
 
We will be using our own gateway/router and just want the HG180 to act as the modem.

In my experience ISP-supplied wifi router/modems slow down or crash when pushed..

Our Ubiquiti USG will also whitelist certain sites to prevent ****.
 
hi, did your bridge mode work?
Curious also.

I see they use PPoE and 2 VLAN ID, one for VOIP (if part of the promo) and one for Data. I can replicate these settings with another modem, a TP-LINK VR400 and connect to Globe. But the VR400 I have cannot bridge mode. If the HG180 they supplied can bridge mode I want to know about it. Plan B is buy a new modem that I know for sure can bridge.
 
Ok na pala boss. Sa mga magtatanong paano, wag niyo check yung enable vid. Nag coconflict sa pppoe. Nakalogin na ako. Salamat.
I mean paano mo boss nalaman pppoe credentials mo? accidentally nareset kasi yung saamin, i have tried to contact globe several times through cust service, emails, social medias nila but no luck.

Pareset mo sa kanila.
Bigay mo lang account number. Ginamit ko lang yung Globe Home app.

Ikaw ba yung di alam account number? Binigay nila yun. Pakausap mo sa tita mo.

Taga globe mag rereset boss? Hindi ko sila mareach out dahil sa situation ngayon. Alam ko yung account name at account number namin, problema lang yung sa pppoe log in, paano kaya yun?

kakatawag ko lang kanina. Abangan mo bukas, boss. 9am to5pm ata. Basta 9am open. Nag alarm lang ako 9am. Nakausap ko agent. Sabi ko nawala yung pppoe id ko. Nagreset modem. Nireset niya tapos binigay. 77301000 yan number

Salamat Boss sa information. Kaso problema ko ngayon pati yung landline namin ay disconnected nung nareset yung modem. Nag try ako sa 211 but napuputol yung line. Gawin ko na lang siguro ay maghanap ako dito saamin kung saan pwedeng makitawag sa Globe customer service.

no problem boss. Basta tawag ka 9 am. Wala masyado callers. Mahirap na pag hapon. Tagal aantayin mo
