Answer

I would develop a code of business conduct that each employee must read the first day at work during their introduction to the organization.

Having a code of conduct helps the employee to know what is expected from them during working hours and also is a backup for the employer in case any irregularities happened and he needs to lay off an employee based on the conduct codes.

The variables I would include on the code of business conduct are:

The value of the company, even though is a small organization we have core values that guides us on the way we do business with our customers and every employee must act based on those values.

Principles are also part of the code of business conduct because it includes operational credos that each employee must follow.

Personal responsibility about each employee regarding the business conduct code is also an important part because the employees are accepting they will behave and act according to what is expected from them.

All the laws that apply to a place of work will also be part of the code, we will not tolerate racism, sexual harassment or anything that damages the dignity of our employees or customers. We will handle cases to the authorities in case it applies because we want to promote a safe workplace where everyone feels comfortable coming every day.

Usually, the transistor is made up of a silicon material. It is known that the base-emitter voltage VBE is 0.7 V for the silicon material.

Substitute 0.7 V for VBE,
