Established Member: Restrictions, Permissions, and Extra features

Why can't I do certain things?
For safety reasons, new users and inactive members are somewhat limited. As you participate here, you'll gain the trust of the community and become a full PHCitizen, and those limitations will automatically be removed.

Established members are members that have a few extra features because they have contributed something useful to this site. It's actually not hard to become an established member, but it does require some minimal effort.

Established Basic Requirements	Registered for at least 30 days	Registered for at least 3 years
Minimum trophy points	8	8
Maintain to keep your account Established
Posted at least	5 posts in the last 30 days	5 posts in the last 60 days
Posted at least	1 thread last 30 days	1 thread last 4 months

• Posts and threads are required.
• It can take up to an hour for the promotion to happen
  (There is an hourly process that checks for promotions for users that have visited the site recently.)

"Established" ako ngayon thanks to the new permissions, and I'm now allowed to start a conversation provided "me" and the other member allows it in his/her privacy settings for "Members Only" or "People you Follow".
Ang tanong ko pre, mangyayari ba ito in a case of "starting a new conversation" kung hindi naka-established status yung member na aking padalhan ng "new" PM or simply saying both should be "established" for permission?
Yung naiwan kong old "convo" threads na dalawa na lang, kahit di "established" yung 3rd party o ako ay nakakapag-usap naman kami - till one of us leave the thread conversation. Dati kasi, ako yung may restriction kaya di ako ma-PM, nalito na ako ng may nag-request na ulit he he. I'm sure, sa privacy settings lang siguro yung problema since di ko ma-verify yon sa kanila.
Just clearing this case para maipaliwanag kong maigi sa iba. Thanks.

Kung sa "Start a new conversation", hindi pwede sa Non Estab Members yan.
Required at-least Established Member or Elite & Contributor.

For old conversations, wala ng required rank.
Pwede ng mag reply lahat ng member.
