Go power supply section then Chen check first those transistors
Then try to check the output voltage of your power supply

Sir and solution po sa skyworth LED tv auto change channel sya so ginawa ko nlang pc monitor then ung (volume -) key sinalangan ko ng hard pastic para mahold ung volume - para di mag change channel any fix po sa tv ko?

Depends on what TV your using ,if it is being bought abroad rechanneling is the only way to fine tune channel 2,signal try also to use it's manual fine tune

Try to replace the start up capacitor this may cause the electric fan not to function when it is leacky or open.
