U probably misunderstood. Ung sinasabi ko, ung culture is part of being a person. Pag na isolate ang isang tao sa ibang tao, malking portion ng utak ang hindi madedevelop. We are a social species. But any social interaction shared in between multiple individual forms culture.
And yes animals ang gumagawa nyan. And culture is one thing that makes humans more advanced at least in our view, because depend on culture more than any species. As far as i know animals nmn considered ang tao at hindi plants nor fungi.
