Hi po. Baka may pwede pong makatulong ng step by step. Nag sesearch po kasi ako pero di talaga gumagana, nag ca-call ended po siya. Pinalitan ko na apn etc. Redmi Note 9s po phone ko. Pls help huhu

Naka enabled na VoLTE?

Nalagay mo na rin tong dalawang APN kasama yong sa data?

apn: ims
apn type: ims
Apn protocol: IPV4/IPV6
Apn protocol: IPV4/IPV6

apn: mms.dito.ph
apn type: mms
Apn protocol: IPV4/IPV6
Apn protocol: IPV4/IPV6

Try mo to:

By default, VoLTE will be active. If it is not, you can change the network preferences from the Network option in settings.

  1. Go to Settings > Call Settings (Sim and Network)
  2. Tap Cellular networks > Enable Voice over LTE On/ Off.
Alternatively, you can follow a much easier way:
  1. You can simply dial ##4636##
  2. Choose Phone information.
  3. Click " Phone Information" and Toggle VOLTE Provisioned.
  4. Restart the phone, and you are done.

Sa ibang firmware lang ata may VoLTE ang realme 5 pro. Ito sabi sa xda ng users din nang ganyan phone.

"I've easily solved volte issues with a small häçk but it needs unlocked bootloader and twrp."

"No Root, possible for Eu/ India Rom user, unfortunally.

Support said it works but not for me.
Checked with A11 and new A13 Firmware.

Ano po ginawa boss? Nagana paba finger print? Sa XT kasi hindi na daw nagana ang finger print pagkaunlock ng bootloader

yung ims na apn try nyo gumawa if ayaw mag call/video call but make sure na latest firmware ang device nyo bago ang lahat. yung ims is may kinalaman sa volte at yung vilte hindi gagana if hindi active ang volte.
