& sometimed we need to remind ourselves that:

•we can't be everything to everyone.

•having needs does not make us needy.

•It's Ok not to be Ok all the time.

•our struggles do not define us.

•our feelings are valid.

•it's ok to feel a little lost at times.

•hard days pass,they always do.

•compassion over judgement helps heal.

•we are human.


•we matter too.
