Help ConvergeICT, Registration with OLT failed. Check registration parameters?

Help po mga idol na IT experts. Nagpalit po kasi ako router ng converge from 2.4ghz lang na router to 2.4ghz to 5ghz na router same from converge din. Pagsalpak ko po ng router e ganito lumalabas "Registration with OLT failed. Check registration parameters." Any solution po kaya dito? TIA mga idol!!

Nanggaling kay Converge mismo yung modem? I mean, sila ang nagpalit?
If not, it will not work.
Via Serial number at MAC address ng modem ang authentication ni Converge. So unless ma-clone mo ang S/N at MAC address ng old nodem mo papunta sa new modem, it won't work. Hindi magsi-sync yan sa system (OLT) dahil iba ang S/N at MAC address na naka-register sa OLT at nakalink sa account mo at yung nakasalpak na modem. So, pag hindi nagsync ang mga required at vital info, connection will not be established between the OLT and the ONT/ONU. Stuck lang yan sa O3 (serial Number State) status.

Dapat kung gusto mong mapalitan ang modem (ONT/ONU) mo, kelangan mong tumawag kay Converge at magrequest ng modem replacement. Hindi gagana ang mga 3rd-party modem (kahit identical brand/model pa yan) dahil may authentication si Converge (actually, lahat ng ISP), sa mga dine-deploy nilang mga equipment sa kanilang mga subscribers.
