Good day! Setting up a CCTV system can be a bit technical, but I'll do my best to guide you through the necessary requirements for your setup.

1. Cameras: For your 6-camera setup, you'll need to choose the type of cameras you want to use. Common options include dome cameras, bullet cameras, or PTZ cameras. Make sure the cameras you choose are compatible with your NVR (Network Video Recorder).

2. NVR: Since you mentioned a 16-channel NVR, it means you're planning for future expansion. Ensure that the NVR you select supports the number of channels you need and has enough storage capacity to store the recorded footage. Look for features like remote access, motion detection, and compatibility with your chosen camera type.

3. Fiber Optic Cabling: To set up a fiber-based CCTV system, you'll need fiber optic cables to connect your cameras and NVR. Fiber optic cables provide high-quality video transmission over long distances and offer better signal integrity compared to traditional copper cables. You might need to consult with a professional installer to ensure the proper installation of the fiber optic cables.

4. Power Supply: Each camera will require a power source. You can either opt for individual power adapters for each camera or use a centralized power supply unit (PSU) that connects to all the cameras. Make sure to calculate the power requirements of your cameras and choose an appropriate power solution.

5. Tools: To install the CCTV system, you'll need basic tools such as a drill, screwdriver, cable crimping tool, cable tester, ladder, and possibly a network cable tester. These tools will help you with mounting the cameras, running cables, and ensuring proper connectivity.

6. Network Equipment: If you plan to access your CCTV system remotely or view the footage on multiple devices, you'll need a router or switch to connect your NVR to the internet. This will enable you to use mobile apps or a web browser to access your cameras from anywhere.

It's worth mentioning that CCTV setup can be complex, so it's advisable to consult with a professional installer to ensure proper installation and configuration of the system. They can help you choose the right products, design the layout, and provide guidance on any additional requirements specific to your location and security needs.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
