Tutorial Boost your WIFI modem in a simple app Part 2

40MHz is the sweet spot between throughput and range.
Tama yung sa 2.4GHz mo. Always set your 2.4GHz to 20MHz. Low throughput pero less (maybe) interference. "Maybe", kasi overcrowded na masyado ang 2.4GHz so interference and overlapping channels are inevitable.

Salamat TS. Keep sharing

Natest mo na poh ba ung app..?? Mas ok poh 80mhz and up coz it gives you higher data transfer rate lalo na kung mlapit ka lang sa router.. 2.4 is long range ballistic missile while 5 is short range ballistic missile which it has a higher frequency and higher frequencies have a harder time penetrating solid objects such as floors and walls in a building... Ung 2.4 abot hanggng 3 bahay ang layo while 5 is 1 bahay lng hirap ka na komonek or pawala-wala.. Ung trabaho poh nitong app is to put u into uncrowded channel or less crowded.. Hindi mo kaylangan isipin kapitbahay mo if wala naman sila pakialam sau..
salamat po, sa dalawang tuts nyo. its working . keep sharing. God bless
salamat ts..

Pwede po ba sa smartbro home wifi?
pwede poh as long as may WIRELESS SETTINGS ka na pwede palitan channels..
Working naman ts feedback ako after 1 week🤣

Alam kong wala tayong pakialam sa kapitbahay pero if you look also your own good, mas magandang may balance, huwag isagad sa 80 or 160MHz. Like I said (base na rin sa researches), 40MHz is the sweet spot for 5GHz in terms of throughput and range. The higher the width, mas malawak ang frequencies/channels na mag-ooverlap diyan so the more na magkakaroon ka ng interference.
This is my POV as a networking professional. Baka iba POV mo. Baka sayo eh the higher the better. Baka nga naka-full power pa lahat ng AP or wireless transmitters mo eh. That's really not the case if you'll look at all the factors.

The fact that [maybe] overcrowded na ang WiFi signals sa isang area, it may not be good for you na isagad ang channel width ng WiFi signal mo, dahil sa interference. Once malala na ang interference, magkaka-data loss ka na on your end.

Also, a 40MHz 5GHz (802.11ac) can still give you a 200Mbps or more throughput.

Ang scenario na alam kong pwede ang 80MHz or sagad 160MHz ay kapag file sharing via local network kasi yan ang nangangailangan ng higher throughput for faster transferring of files between devices in your local network.

Ok.. its yours hahaba pa kac ang topic at malayo na sa APP na binigay ko .. at the end of the day its our unit its ours to decide whether we use the full potential or not.. im using converge and dikit dikit bahay din.. bago ko pinost ung TUT i already TEST many times in this routers.. and its PROVEN..
Test:
1.CONVERGE
2. SKYFIBER
3. Huawei Modems
4. Smart & PLDT R51
5. Globe at Home s10g/zltp25
