Hi! I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your Black Shark 2. It seems like you've already tried several solutions, including reballing the CPU and downgrading the Android version. Since you mentioned that the sound and video playback issues persist even after these attempts, it's possible that the problem lies with the hardware itself.

Here are a few suggestions you can try:

1. Clear Cache Partition: Boot your phone into Recovery Mode and select the option to "wipe cache partition." This can sometimes resolve software-related issues.

2. Factory Reset: Perform a factory reset to restore your phone to its original settings. Make sure to back up all your important data before proceeding, as this will erase everything on your device.

3. Contact the Manufacturer: If the problem persists, it may be best to reach out to the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide you with specific troubleshooting steps or guide you through the repair process.

4. Visit a Repair Center: If your phone is still under warranty, consider taking it to an authorized service center for repairs. They will have the necessary expertise and equipment to diagnose and fix the issues you're facing.

Remember to provide them with all the relevant details about the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot the problem. This will help them better understand the situation and provide appropriate solutions.

I hope you find a resolution for your Black Shark 2 soon. Good luck, and best wishes!
