Eto pala boss. First you need to check the boot sequence it has to be the CD/DVD Drive on first bootSo, you have two options.
1) Back up your data and wipe the drive. Delete all partitions then set up a new MBR partition for Windows 7.
2) Buy a new drive.
What has happened here is you are using the GPT partition scheme which cannot hold the boot volume for a Windows 7 machine. If you were installing Windows 8/8.1 or Server 2012 it would be different

sige sir try ko salamatcheck mo BIOS mo make seguradohin mo nga ang DVD or Flash disk mo ay naka select 1st priority tapos exit and save. pero pag ganon parin ang problema. try mong komoha ng colgate ung white tapos yan ang e hogas mo sa CD or DVD mo para mawala ang manga gas2x ng CD or DVD mo. tapos ponasan mo ng mabote bago mo ebalik sa trey ng DVD or CD drive ng laptop mo.
sige sir feedback ako salamattry to change muna ur os installer, if ganun parin after nag change installer na nagrerestart, ganito punta u sa bios at boot. jan ka lng, tignan natin kung mag restart yan kung nasa bios ka.
