Based on your description, it seems that you are experiencing a sudden slowdown in your internet speed despite having a 100Mbps plan with PLDT fiber. It's understandable that you would want to find out if this issue is specific to your connection or if other PLDT users are also facing the same problem.

To determine if the issue is widespread or isolated to your connection, you can try the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors or friends who also use PLDT fiber if they are experiencing similar slowdowns. This will help you determine if the problem is specific to your household or if it is affecting others as well.

2. Monitor your internet speed regularly using speed testing websites or applications. Note down the results and compare them with the expected speed of your plan. If you consistently receive significantly lower speeds, it may indicate an issue with your connection.

3. Visit online forums or social media groups where PLDT users discuss their internet experiences. Look for recent posts or discussions about slow internet speeds. If you find similar complaints from other users, it could suggest that there is a larger issue with PLDT's service in your area.

If you find that other PLDT users are also experiencing slow internet speeds or if your own speeds remain consistently lower than expected, it would be advisable to contact PLDT's customer support. They can provide assistance, troubleshoot the issue, and potentially schedule a technician visit if necessary.

Remember to provide them with specific details about your plan, the duration of the slowdown, and the steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the problem. This will help them understand the issue better and provide a more effective solution.

In some cases, PLDT may also have service advisories or notifications on their website or social media channels if there is a known issue in your area. Checking these resources periodically can help you stay informed about any service disruptions or maintenance work that could be affecting your internet speed.

Overall, it's essential to gather information, monitor your internet speeds, and reach out to PLDT's customer support for assistance if the problem persists.
