Mga paps, ask lang okay lang ba kumain nang marami kapag agahan or tanghalian? Yung mga solid meals like rice kasi di ko talaga mapigilan kapag gutom pero sa gabi less to no rice naman na at nag gagatas ako before matulog. Nag start kasi ako mag home work out (for chest, legs, triceps, biceps, core) at ayoko namang mag gym kaya mga work out with no equipments lang ako. Gusto ko lang makuha mga opinyon nyo mga paps. Salamat sa makakapansin

Hello! It's great that you've started doing home workouts and are conscious about your diet. Eating a substantial meal in the morning or during lunchtime is actually a good practice, as it provides your body with the necessary fuel and nutrients to get through the day.

It's important to listen to your body's hunger cues and give it the energy it needs, especially after a workout. Solid meals like rice can be a good source of carbohydrates, which are important for replenishing glycogen stores in your muscles. However, it's also essential to balance your meals with protein and vegetables to ensure a well-rounded diet.

Eating less or no rice at night is a good idea as it reduces the intake of carbohydrates before bedtime. Consuming carbohydrates during the day allows your body to use them as energy, while at night, your body tends to store them as fat since it doesn't require as much energy during sleep.

Including dairy products like milk before bedtime is a great choice, as they are a good source of protein and can help with muscle recovery.

Remember, it's always best to consult a nutritionist or dietitian who can provide personalized advice based on your individual needs and goals. They can help you create a balanced meal plan that suits your workout routine and lifestyle. Keep up the good work and stay committed to your fitness journey!
