Sa Tagalog, yung Google Cloud service na NeuralAI ang best, followed by Microsoft Azure na AI din ang gamit. Wala ng iba pa ang best dyan unless merong nag-train ng NLP na hawig sa dalawang malalaking cloud service. For unlimited use, just use Google 1 and Google 2. OK naman yung TTS nyan. Edit nyo na lang sa Audacity or yung favorite DAW ninyo.

Dagdag ko lang sa mga baguhan, maraming lumabas na mas improve yung speech synthesis. Meaning, merong emotional text to speech and even speech to text na rin bukod sa enhanced yung kanilang audio to sound human-like, though lagging sila sa Tagalog/Filipino language. Yung sa Google, Microsoft Azure, Baidu, Cerevoice, Acapela, IBM Watson, Yandex, atbp. ang mga standard online TTS service pero marami nang online services like MurfAI, Speechify, Synthesy, Wellsaidlabs, Deepbrain, Play,ht, atbp. It's either the Standard TTS services are incorporated inside these links or they are training their own models to customize the voices.

The least you could try locally kung may compatible hardware kayo is Tortoise-TTS or COQUI (STT/TTS) - the best open source option. Pero sa Tagalog ay mapipilitan kayong mag-train ng models on your own dahil wala pang models to use. You have to train ang make your own model from available Tagalog speech datasets and finetune it. Pag may oras, hanap ako ng TTS UI at Tagalog checkpoints para may kalikot kayo he he. Ang na-test ko noon ay Tacotron2/Waveglow pero parang beki yung audio he he - no offense!

Kung gusto nyo ng totally free sa Tagalog (no api), Microsoft Azure's Blessica and Angelo model voices is your last resort. Sa tests ko, unlimited characters online siya sa dami ng tries ko para makuha yung tamang audio pitch and speed, maging itong mga Google translate voices na version 2. Medyo boring magsalita pero at least Tagalog. Edit nyo na lang yung mga salitang di nila mabigkas ng tama lalo pa kung Taglish yung inyong i-convert he he. Try nyo sa Balabolka or sa cli-app nya para direkta.

Google nyo na lang yung "best TTS online service, "best free TTS online online service", "best free opensource TTS"... at mamili kung saan yung swak sa inyo. Parehas din yan sa STT like Whisper AI na totally free open source which you can run locally or use OpenAI api for limited use para mabilis online using your free api key. Madali lang paandarin sila dahil karamihan ay nag-provide ng cpu support instead of the faster gpu execution. Mahirap lang sa umpisa mag-setup. Di man perfect siya sa Tagalog ay pwedeng pagtiyagaan. Wala pa akong nakitang perfect Tagalog sa STT (for audio transcriptions) or TTS (for text to audio). Parating may mali kung saan. Sa english lang yung halos perfect sa ngayon ang AI engines dahil very active ang development nya bukod sa maraming datasets to train and fine-tune sa net yang language na yan. Google Assistant at Gboard ang kadalasang choice lalo na sa android dahil provided na yung app sa cellphones at ibang mobile devices. You just need to understand how they work para may idea na kayo kung gagamit kayo ng online services. Di naman mahitap ang free TTS sa Tagalog dahil ito lang ilagay nyo sa Google or any search engine ay meron na kayo - all available TTS for tagalog language. Siyempre, ang the best ay yung may bayad na ρrémíùm service like Speechify, Notta, Eleven Labs, etc. Sa open source, yung COQUI/Tortoise-tts ang best choice ko with some fine-tuning pero wala pang Tagalog.
