If wala ka pang experience, oo.. bibigyan ka ng parang script. Not actually a script na babasahin mo. It's like a call flow script kung saan nakalagay kung paano ka dapat sumagot or ano ang resolution. Kapag may experience ka naman na sa call center baka di ka na bigyan ng script or call flow.

One technique para maiwasan ang mga filler words like uhm is just pause, breath, collect your thoughts then continue.

Wag matakot na magkaron ka ng konting silent moments. 1 - 3 seconds na dead air is okay lang.
