Basic lang naman yang qualification, Prefer talaga Civil Service kasi usually e regular nila yan kung fit maganda talaga performance. Sa mga fresh grad mas advantage yan lalo for experience, mas madali ka maka hanap nang trabaho government ka galing. dpende talaga yan sa budget sir kung saan ka na program under, ako din before naging coordinator and GIP iba2 rate. ok lang naman for experience at di naman pressure ang trabaho unlike private. Pero if meron kana family to feed di talaga yan enough, kaya need nila kahit fresh grad walang experience. basta marunong lang sa basic qualificationsgaling ako DOST, sahod ko noon umabot ng 15k , office staff ako.
Tamang tama.iloilo kasi iyan. kung sa ncr iyan mataas rate. yun ang dapat tanggalin yung provincial rate na iyan.
