Both are very low ping servers suitable for online games but a little bit slow for other internet use as I've observed.

You may create your own by going to freevpn.us and look for their game servers. Their account resets at 8pm.

If you ought to use the Singapore server, take note that it only uses dropbear so use SSH Port 443/80. The remote proxy is the host server:8080/3138.
