currently best bang for the buck is AMD. pero depende kasi kung ano gagawin mo upgrade. kung from intel ka at kaya naman mag upgrade sa mas bagong version ng CPU eh intel ka na lang. kung mag bubuo ka ng bago mas ok na ngayon ang AMD ryzen 3
