Closed 16gb rom of oppo a71(2018)

Guys, pahelp po. Sabi ng binilhan ko ng phone kong OPPO A71, 16GB daw yung rom pero bat parang 4Gb lng yung available?
Ano po gagawin or i mean alternative way or solution para ma 16gb ang internal nya?
