Instruction: Once the offer from the data eye is activated
you can already use the globe switch app but you have to activate the data save switch on the app.

Remember to unblock all the app you'll be using on the globe switch blocked list, if not the app wont receive any data.

still i am experiencing that i can use the globe switch normally with enabling the data save switch...
