TEAM NAME
LEVEL AND RATING
FRIEND CODE

3. Players must be online once they are scheduled for their game schedule and must accept/send challenge ASAP.

4. We will use the PBA Phil. Cup Elim. system. (Quotient system) Top 2 seed at the end of elims will get Semis berth. 3rd-10th team will battle for playoffs. Best of 7 semis and finals.
