You have to create a need first sa possible buyer mo.

Eg.
Rapport - small talk
Probe - ask questions
Active listening
Look for possible words na magiging hint mo sa pagbenta. Like I am a business man. Keyword business man malamang maraming pinipirmahan na mga papeles.

Then position and ask for a sale.

Another thing you can say na pwede nyang iregalo nalang kung inde nya gagamitin.

Additional nga pala.

FAB - feature, advantages and benefits ng binebenta mo.

Point out mo na kelangan nya ung binebenta mo using fab.
