    Chicken Liver - 150 g
    Chicken gizzard - 150 g
    Chicken Heart - 50 g
    Garlic, coarsely chopped - 5 cloves
    Hot Chillis, dried and crushed - as desired
    Sunflower o vegetable oil - 2 tsp
    Sesame oil - 1 tspWater - 1 c

    Tomato catsup - 4 tbsp
    Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp

    Freshly squeezed lime juice from 2 medium fruits
    Hot sauce - 1/2 tbsp

    Sugar - 2 tsp or to taste
    Garlic powder
    black pepper powder


    1) Paghaluin ang tomato catsup at toyo. I-marinate ang liver, gizzard at heart ng mga 2 hours.

    2) Hanguin ang gizzard at heart. Samantalang ipagpatuloy na i-marinate ang liver.

    3) Ibuhos ang sesame oil at vegetable oil sa isang kawali, igisa ang bawang at dried chilis hanggang bumango. MEDIUM heat. Huwag sunugin ang bawang.

    4) Ihalo ang balunbalunan at puso at isangkutsa ito ng mga isang minuto. Ibuhos ang tubig at hayaang mag simmer ng mga 20 minutes. MEDIUM heat.

    5) Kumuha ng mga ilang kutsara ng marinade at mag-iwan lamang ng bahagya sa pinababaran o marinade ng liver. Ihalo ang ilang kutsara ng marinade. Pakuluin at simmer hanggang mag reduce ang sauce nito.

    6) Salain ang chicken liver at ihalo sa kawali. Isangkutsa ito at simmer ng mga 1 minute at tanggalin na sa apoy.
