4. Click mo yung change then ilagay mo na kung anong gusto mong email.

4. It will show the content why your account has been disabled. At the bottom part it says that "For more information about our policies, please review the Facebook Community Standards. If you think your account was disabled by mistake, please let us know."
5. Click let us know.
6. The content will show about Confirm Your Identity with Facebook. At the bottom part you will have to send your ID and type the log in email address or mobile phone number.
7. That's it then just follow the other instructions after you send your ID and email.
