Christianity is attacked in countries in which Christianity is not the major religion, like Islamic countries.

However throughout the world most people defend themselves against the desire of Christianity to dictate behaviors based on what their god has decreed.

Christians legislate who a person can marry and people rise up and fight them over their intrusion into the private lives of others and the Christians cry they are being attacked and that the world hates them because they love Jesus.

Christians try to force their indoctrination on to the other peoples’ children by forcing public schools to teach “Creationism” and fighting to force prayer into schools and other people rise up against this crap and the Christians cry they are being attacked and that the world hates them because they love Jesus.

You know who attacks Christians the most? Other Christians. And I am not just talking physical (see the Cathar Crusades as an exemple) but emotionally as well. “They are not true Christians” is the excuse most often presented by a Christian to address why the other Christian does not follow the same exact tenets or hold the exact same beliefs as they do.

For the most part it is not “Attacking”, it is “Self-defense” against the actions of the loving Christians who just want to save you from yourself and ensure you spend eternity being rewarded and not punished by their god.
